These are the documents you will need to get started with the home loan process. The sooner we get them, the sooner we can have you on the path to home ownership.
Gather these documents and let’s get started
- Driver’s licenses for each borrower – front and back
- Two most recent pay stubs
- Two most recent bank statements (all pages)
- W-2 forms for the last two years
- 1099 forms for past two years for self employment or retirement income
- Personal tax returns for the last two years (all schedules)
- Business tax returns for past two years (all schedules)
- Most recent statements for retirement accounts and investment accounts
- Most recent mortgage statement and escrow balance statement for refinances
- Additional documents as requested by your loan officer
